Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone I am reminded of the old adage: "Take time to smell the roses." Sometimes easier said than done, right? Thanksgiving day was so hectic. Between wondering whether or not we would have enough chairs to seat 20 people and when would the turkey be really done, I never took the time to take photographs of my family and friends. I lost sight of what was important to me. Photographs are my treasures....what was I thinking? I am thankful for so many things, but especially my family and friends. This beautiful Earth that I live on has so much to marvel at and so many sights, sounds, and smells to appreciate. I love sharing these bits of my life with my friends and family and others in the photography community.
