Norman Cay, Bahamas - 2017. I think this bird was injured. He allowed us to come within five feet of him in the dinghy to take this photograph and he never flew away. And I took a long time trying to get a great shot of him!
Kneeling moose
Schwabacher Landing, Grand Teton National Park, WY - 2017. The landing was a great spot for early morning wildlife photography. This was my first shot of the moose and I was so excited to discover that this female was actually kneeling down on her front knees to drink from the Snake River.
