Spring is always a special season for me. Time to spend more time outdoors, work in the yard, feel the warmth of the sun, and experience the beauty of nature’s re-birth. In Apri, I was able to take some shots of spring in Normandy, France. And I also got some great photos in Maryland and in North Carolina.
I purchased two new lenses for my Canon Mark III camera. The first was an 85 mm f/1.8 fixed focal length lens and the second was a 16-35 mm f/4 wide angle lens. I love both of them, but for landscape photography the new wide angle lens was a huge improvement. I’ve been practicing with these new lenses and of course, still using the old lenses for my camera as well. I’ve also been working on composition, balance, leading lines, and Lightroom editing. It is work in progress as always.
I’m excited about sharing these spring photos with you! Hope you enjoy!
